Robin L. Travers, MD
Dr. Travers is an Assistant Professor of Medicine (Dermatology) at the Dartmouth University School of Medicine, and has served as Chief of Dermatology at the Boston Veteran's Administration Medical Center. She is the author of several papers and teaching articles about pregnancy-associated melanomas and computer-aided instruction in Dermatology and was the guest editor of a recent issue of Seminars in Cutaneous Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Travers is an active member of several professional organizations including the American Academy of Dermatology, the Internet Dermatology Society, the American Medical Informatics Association. She has lectured to dermatologists and primary care physicians, both locally and nationally, on a variety of topics such as the use of the internet in dermatology and common dermatologic conditions. Dr. Travers writes a column in the AMA's Archives of Dermatology summarizing the most relevant and exciting dermatology research each month. Dr. Travers' clinical interests include general medical dermatology, in-patient dermatology and women's dermatology. |
