Meet our 2026–2027 Fellows, Dr. Prachi Aggarwal, Dr. Sarah Millan and Dr. Sarah Wack

SkinCare Physicians is delighted to welcome our 2026-2027 fellows, Prachi Aggarwal, MD, Sarah Millan, MD and Sarah Wack, MD, three board-certified dermatologists with impressive backgrounds. Dr. Aggarwal is pursuing our Cosmetic Surgery and Laser Fellowship, while Dr. Millan is our Mohs Micrographic Surgery Fellowship. Dr. Wack is participating in our Cosmetic Fellowship program on a part-time basis while pursuing her Mohs surgery training at Brown University in Connecticut.
Over the coming year, our three fellows will engage in a comprehensive, hands-on training experience alongside our expert physicians and clinical team. Their fellowship will include advanced work in dermatologic, aesthetic, and laser procedures, Mohs and oncologic surgery, as well as participation in research and academic publications. We look forward to their contributions and achievements as they grow into future leaders in dermatology.

Prachi Aggarwal, MD

Dr. Aggarwal, our Cosmetic & Laser Surgery Fellow, is passionate about bringing together the science of dermatology with the artistry of aesthetic medicine. She completed her dermatology residency at Northwestern University, where she served as Chief Resident of Cosmetics and Chief Resident of Recruitment. She earned her medical degree from Johns Hopkins University and graduated summa cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis.
Creativity has always played a large role in Dr. Aggarwal’s life, both in and outside of medicine. Her interests reflect her love of working with her hands and learning new skills. Away from the clinic, she enjoys laser engraving, embroidering, glass blowing, and boxing, an eclectic mix of hobbies that keeps her creative and curious.

Sarah Millan, MD

Dr. Millan, our Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cosmetic Surgery Fellow, brings a diverse academic background to her fellowship training. She completed her undergraduate degree at Vanderbilt University, where she triple majored in neuroscience, molecular & cellular biology, and Spanish. Before attending medical school, she spent two years conducting research at the National Institutes of Health. She went on to earn her medical degree from the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences and completed her dermatology residency at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, where she served as Chief Resident.
After years in Washington, D.C., Dr. Millan is excited to make Boston her new home. Outside of dermatology, she enjoys hot yoga, hiking, discovering new restaurants and useful life hacks, traveling, and spending time with family, friends, and her two dogs, Rico and Pepe. She also has an adventurous side and has gone bungee jumping and free-falling. She hopes to go skydiving one day.

Sarah Wack, MD

Dr. Wack is doing her Cosmetic fellowship on a part-time basis at SkinCare Physicians, while undertaking her Mohs fellowship surgical training at Brown University in Connecticut. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Science from the University of Maryland and her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. She then went on to complete her residency in dermatology at UPMC in Pittsburgh, PA.
