Lasers in Surgery and Medicine, the official journal of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery, periodically issues devoted to various specialty areas and chooses acknowledged experts to organize and edit these publications. For the Special Dermatology issue, recently published, Drs. Thomas Rohrer and Kenneth Arndt were the Guest Editors of a comprehensive 180 page journal containing sixteen excellent articles.
