SkinCare Aesthetics would like to introduce the new $99 Express Glycolic Peel! Our new 30 minute glycolic peel minimizes the appearance of fine lines, aids in clearing acne, helps fade hyperpigmentation, and improves the texture of damaged skin. Part of the alpha hydroxyl acid family of natural ingredients, glycolic acid is derived from sugar cane and is a fruit acid. People who have glycolic acid peels are often amazed with the results. This peel is a perfect choice for people short on time, interested in an anti-aging peel that suits all skin types, and improves the overall appearance of their skin.
Recovery is almost immediate. Some patients experience redness that lasts a few hours, but swelling and other short term side effects are infrequent. Glycolic acid can make your skin more sensitive to the sun, so be sure to wear a good sunscreen after having a glycolic acid peel. Our staff will be delighted to suggest sunscreen options available to you including a wonderful selection from our own skin care line, SkinCare Prescription. Call (617) 731-1600 to schedule your appointment today!
